🏋️♀️ Master the Basics
Spend 30 minutes on professional Concept 2 rowing machines (ergs) learning proper form and timing.
🛶 Practice Makes Perfect
Move to a stationary eight-person boat affixed to the riverbank where you'll apply your newly learned techniques on the water. Feel the difference between the machine and the actual boat as you coordinate movements with your teammates.
📸 Commemorative Moment
Gather with your crew for a quick photo opportunity with your boat and oars before heading out onto the river. This is the perfect memento of your authentic Cambridge rowing experience.
🌉 Glide Along the Cam
The highlight of your experience unfolds as you spend a full hour rowing on the River Cam, passing the same scenic views enjoyed by generations of Cambridge rowers. Working in unison with your crew creates an unforgettable sense of teamwork and accomplishment.
