3. Prices
The vouchers from Joyfulexperience.uk are considered multi-purpose vouchers, and the sale is therefore subject to 0% VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT becomes due only when the experience is carried out. Companies that need to account for VAT can receive a receipt with VAT after the experience has been carried out.
4. Exchange Right
The voucher refers to a suggested experience for the recipient. If the recipient prefers to do something else, the experience can be exchanged by logging into Joyfulexperience.uk/book and following the instructions. The recipient can choose a different experience within the validity period (3 years) and before a booking is made.
The experience gift voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase and offers full flexibility when redeeming. The voucher represents the amount paid. If the price of the chosen experience changes, the difference can easily be paid, or another experience from our range can be selected. This way, your gift retains both its value and flexibility!
5. Open Purchase and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 45-day open purchase and right of withdrawal from the order date of the item. To carry out a return, contact us at support@joyfulexperience.uk. If the experience is no longer available in our range when it is to be booked, an exchange for a gift card of the same value as the originally purchased experience will be offered. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of accommodations at Country Side Hotels.

7. Refund
When exercising the right of withdrawal and open purchase as per point 5, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. The right to a refund cannot be transferred to another person. The full refund amount will be returned to the buyer using the same payment method as the purchase, within 14 days from the point at which the relevant voucher number is cancelled at Joyfulexperience.uk.
8. Complaints and Guarantee
Joyfulexperience.uk is a reseller for selected subcontractors. All sales are conducted in our own name, and Upplevelser Andrén AB is the customer’s contractual partner at the time of purchase.
Subcontractors are contractually obliged to deliver the agreed experience and meet the quality and performance requirements set by Joyfulexperience.uk. Joyfulexperience.uk’s responsibility for the execution of the experience is governed by these General Terms and Conditions. If you wish to complain about the execution of an experience, send the complaint to support@joyfulexperience.uk. Joyfulexperience.uk also recommends reporting any issues directly to the relevant subcontractor during the execution. Complaints are investigated by Joyfulexperience.uk together with the subcontractor, and a response to the complaining customer is always provided within 14 days of receipt of the complaint at Joyfulexperience.uk. For approved complaints, payment, including any shipping costs, is made to the customer within 30 days of the complaint being approved. In the event of a dispute, Joyfulexperience.uk follows the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
The consumer has a three-year right to complain, but it is expected that the consumer complains about their service within a reasonable time. A complaint made within two months is always considered to be within a reasonable time. In the event of delays in the delivery of goods, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase and should be informed about the delay.
9. Minor Buyer
The consent of a legal guardian is required for a minor to make a purchase.
10. Experiences, Organisers, and Locations
Joyfulexperience.uk (Upplevelser Andrén AB) is a reseller for selected subcontractors to offer a wide and attractive range of experiences.
However, it may happen that a specific experience or location must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, you can, of course, exchange the experience for a gift card of the same value as the originally purchased experience or choose a more expensive experience and pay the difference.
The subcontractor has the option to change the concept of a specific experience during the validity period.
11. Personal Data
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new regulation that applies throughout the EU and replaced the Swedish Personal Data Act on 25 May 2018. The requirements for how we as a company handle personal data have been tightened with the new data protection law. We are therefore updating the terms and supplementing them with a privacy policy that more clearly describes how we handle, protect, and use your personal data.

12. Purchase Refusal
Joyfulexperience.uk reserves the right to refuse or modify a customer’s order in individual cases.
13. Changes to Purchase and Delivery Conditions
Joyfulexperience.uk reserves the right to make changes to these purchase conditions. Your order is, of course, subject to the purchase conditions available at the time of your order (except for changes required due to laws, authority decisions, or regulations).
14. Cancellation
We broker experiences to third parties. Once the experience is booked, the organiser’s cancellation and rebooking conditions apply.
15. Campaigns and Discounts
Sometimes we offer general discounts on our website, which usually mean a reduced price on large parts of our range.
Our regular prices correspond to the regular prices of our organisers, meaning that our comparison prices reflect the market price for the respective experience. We reserve the right to lower these prices during campaigns and sales based on what we deem reasonable and feasible. Campaign prices apply only during the specified campaign period and may be changed or removed without notice.
